Maps with Raphael JS

Raphael is a JavaScript library for programming interactive applications and displays on the web. Raphael seems to not be very commonly used for creating interactive maps, but some examples exist. The library is not as used as the canvas element, but offers better support than the relatively new HTML5 canvas. Check out some examples of maps built with Raphael:
